Job Details: Washes dishes by hand or places then in a dishwashing machine. Washes work tables, walls, refrigerators. Sweeps and mops floors. Remove trash and garbage to designated areas. Transfer and or stock supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such as pantry and dish room. Cleans equipment using specific chemical to insure sanitary and regulatory standards. Polishes silver and silverware. Washes pots and pans. May serve patient trays. May work deli line. Provide the highest quality of service to customers at all times. Must follow all written and verbal instructions given by supervisors or management in a timely manner. May fill drink orders, perform safety checks Follow all HACCP rules and regulations.QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Ability to effectively communicate and receive information in a manner easily understood by fellow employees Specific physical characteristics and abilities are required to perform the work, such as agility, dexterity and long periods of walking, standing, bending, carrying or lifting supplies and equipment weighing 50 pounds or more.
