Staffing Specialist responsibilities include advertising job openings across multiple channels and sourcing, attending job fairs, coordinating interviews, and conducting interviews.

Responsibilities:
Participates in full-cycle recruitment efforts for non-exempt employees; helps coordinate the use of temporary employees Handles essential recruitment tasks including posting job openings (internally and externally), reviewing resumes, calling candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting interviews Conducts new-employee orientations Occasionally assist with HR/Staffing-related projects, such as process improvements Ensures human resource information system records (for new employees) is updated/accurate in the system and compiles reports from the database as needed Other duties as assigned Let's Talk About Your
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Human Resources or relevant field preferred Proven work experience as a Staffing Specialist, Staffing Coordinator, or similar role Experience using an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and resume databases Experience with interviewing and evaluating candidates (sourcing, structured interviews, and tests) Solid organizational skills with the ability to maintain updated physical and digital employee records Excellent communication skills Good knowledge of labor legislation.
