o Perform related duties as assigned by Managemento Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedureso Ensure the team is following all company policies and procedureso Developing, documenting, and maintaining of processes, standard work, and quality standardso Ensure department is achieving expected levels of safety, quality, and productivityo Daily department scheduling and staffing levelso Perform Process Auditso Apply tools from Lean Manufacturing to solve problems and make improvementso Provide a timely response to all internal and external customer needs and issueso Ensure all 6S/TPM are followed through to completiono Mentor Team Leaders and associates in continuous improvement, problem solving, and leadershipo Initiate interdepartmental communication and a spirit of cooperationo Interviewing, hiring and onboarding new employees in the Weld and Fabrication departmentso Maintaining employee attendance and payroll recordsRequirements:
o Bachelor's degree plus 3 years leadership experience, or equivalent work experienceo Strong verbal and written communication skillso Strong attention to detail and organizational skillso Demonstrates computer skills and aptitude, Microsoft Officeo Strong interpersonal, leadership, and customer contact skillso Strong analytical and problem solving skillso Demonstrates punctual, reliable, and predictable attendanceo (Preferred) 2 years of welding or weld quality experienceo (Preferred) 2 years of supervisory or management experienceo (Preferred) training or experience in interpreting engineering prints and weld symbolso (Preferred) experience with laser/press brake operation#clericalAbout the Company:
