Responsibilities:
The most important function of an executive assistant is to provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the executive.
This includes managing the executive's schedule, coordinating travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and assisting with project management and documentation.
General Administrative Responsibilities Coordinate and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
Transcribe and distribute meeting minutes and other important documents.
Provide, organize and maintain financial reports and other reports.
Aid in grant searches and grant editing.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in a similar role Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Ministry experience is a plus.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
