Is looking to hire a Full-time Office Assistant for a property in Lafayette, IN.
The Office Assistant will have various duties relating to helping management and maintenance of the property, including but not limited to:
Responsible for helping Resident Manager with all day-to-day operations for property management including meeting occupancy/service/financial/compliance goals for HUD community.
Duties:
Helping with leasing and renewals, data entry in compliance software, lease enforcement, developing schedules, maintaining positive relationships with residents and guests, resident retention activities, participation in and follow up for governmental inspections/audits, maintaining community and preventative maintenance, maintenance of curb appeal, communication with home office/local and state governmental officials, and timely submission of reports.
