Position Overview:
As a pivotal member of our team, the Project Coordinator will play a vital role in facilitating seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams.
This dynamic role involves overseeing multiple projects concurrently, adapting swiftly to changing priorities, and thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery of key milestones.
Act as a liaison between teams, fostering clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and changes in project scope, reallocating resources and adjusting timelines as necessary.
Facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and documentation of action items and decisions.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, identifying risks and proposing solutions to mitigate them.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations as required.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and operational efficiency.

Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
Previous experience in a project coordination or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, adapting swiftly to changing priorities.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to think creatively to solve problems.
Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
