Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the engineering team and understand the design needs to be performed.
Hands on experience in Combustion engines and exhaust gasses releaseDesign experience with Crankcase ventilation system, covers etc.
Experience in designing the positive crankcase ventilation to reduce the air pollutionWork with the Analysis team and testing team and create test planAnalyze the results that are in line with the test plan output and meeting the design standards.
Work with the technicians to identify any assembly issues and manufacturability issuesWork with suppliers in procurement and PPAP activitiesAbility to apply specialized technical information to understand functional requirements, draft detailed component requirements documents, objectively evaluate multiple solutions, complete design analysis/verification activities, lead technical and commercial discussions with multiple teams, and conduct technical design and stakeholder reviews.
Education/
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in an accredited Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry or related curriculum and 3-5 years of progressive work experienceBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) Required Skills:
Design experience using Creo 3D softwareExperience with Crankcase ventilation system designCombustion system and exhaust system experienceClear understanding of Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEAs)Test & Data acquisition experienceMatlab and/or PythonDesirable Skills:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
