Our Project Manager will be responsible for providing direct supervision of staff, maintaining account contract specifications, ensuring quality service, assisting and ensuring completion of job assignments and maintaining the financial budgets for all assigned accounts.
This is a W2 position with Wabash Center, however, work will be conducted at Caterpillar under contract terms as Wabash Center is a contractor of Caterpillar.

At least 3 years full time experience in janitorial work preferred At least 1 year supervisory experience required Must be able to operate or capable of learning the operation and up-keep of floor scrubbers, high-speed buffers, wet/dry vacuums, automatic floor machines and upright vacuum cleaners Must have the flexibility to cover all shifts required by the client (i.
e.
days, evenings, nights and weekends) Must meet physical demands of the job Must be able to stand/walk up to 45 minutes per hour Wabash Center is a non-profit organization that services adults and children with disabilities and special needs.
