Provide excellent and professional customer service to clients via phone and in-person Maintain client confidentiality when speaking with clients, Financial Advisors, outside investment companies, etc.
Keep detailed notes of client contact, FA instruction, and follow ups on assigned tasks Schedule client and prospect appointments, update calendars, confirm scheduled appointments, and track incoming prospects/sources Comply with and learn all Bison/Ameriprise Financial procedures and policies Assist in administrative and building upkeep tasks Communicate promptly with Client Service Manager or Operations Manager regarding mistakes and potential problems Assist with processing client requests and account service JOB SPECS:
43 hours/week $28,000 salary Salaried (paid bi-monthly on 16th and last day of month) Monday-Friday Opening/Closing responsibilities PTO and Paid Holidays Employee Simple IRA retirement plan Vibrant Community Program Job Type:
