Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
Document each customer contact in eAgent.
Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
Take premium payments from customers.
Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
Return all phone messages promptly.
Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
Generating insurance quotes.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personalgoals.
Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone.
Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies.
Attend training and continuing education courses.
Handle customer renewals.
Requirements Insurance experience is not required, but one must be willing to learn Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
Demonstrates the highest level of technical and cognitive abilities to ensure accuracy and precision Ambitious self-starter able to work in a collaborative environment.
