Job Summary The Front Desk Guest Services staff provide non-judgmental supervision and supportive services to individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness and are utilizing the Day Resource Center.
Essential Functions:
Welcoming each guest to the Center in a friendly manner.
Answering the phone and providing helpful information to those in a housing crisis.
Provide needed supplies to guests (hygiene products, mail).
Provide guidance and encouragement to guests.
Ensures the facility is clean.
Provides assistance with meal service (heating up/serving/cleaning up), when volunteers are not available.
Contributes to a positive atmosphere by enforcing program rules and procedures.
Assist with emergency shift coverage on short notice, when needed Rotating days that include every other weekend and holidays Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
