Telehealth Technician
Position is NOT Remote.
WHAT WE NEEDCaring, self motivating, multi-tasking, patient focused home healthcare techniciansWHO WE ARE LOOKING FORA Telehealth Technician is the face of Remote Patient Monitoring.
They are the team members who the patients and the care givers meet initially.
Able to multi-task.

WHAT YOU WILL DO This position requires may require weekends and some holidays.
Work closely with the coordinator daily assignments, which may include; installations, equipment pick-up and trouble shooting equipment.

Travel to patients homes in a geographical area to provide services.
Enter information in the patients electronic medical records.
Work and communicate directly with clinical manager, other technicians and the coordinator to ensure the patient is receiving preeminent care.
Use trended data to facilitate making visits on a day when an in-person assessment is indicated.
Troubleshoot and program monitors Follow policies and procedures and maintain competency for equipment.
Maintain patient confidentiality.
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED Excellent observation, verbal, and written communication and problem-solving skills.
Teach and coordinate services.
Utilize time productively.
Demonstrate flexibility with work assignments.
Exercise safe judgement in decision making.
Demonstrate tact and understanding when dealing with others.
Respond in a positive manner to constructive criticism.
