com/PurdueFCU/PurdueExternalPortalpurduefedcareerssilkroadcom />The System Support Analyst - Business Services will serve as a Project Manager and provide system administration for all applications used by Business Services; including nCino (loan operating system) and Salesforce (customer relationship management system).
This individual will be responsible for implementations, maintenance, enhancements, scoping, ongoing administration and training of all MBS applications.
The System Support Analyst will serve as liaison between the MBS leadership team and other departments within Purdue Federal to develop, coordinate, and execute projects and enhancements for Business Services.
These applications are used to maintain loan production lifecycle, service request lifecycle, and for management of prospects, campaigns, loans, business relationships, partners, and contacts.
Employees are expected to adhere to all rules and regulations applicable to this position, including but not limited to all policies and procedures pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.
Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
Manage the loan life cycle and CRM applications implemented on the com platform.
Identify, diagnose and resolve end user problems in a manner that exemplifies Purdue Federal's high standards of member Develop and maintain member reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously improve data quality, process integrity and productivity.
Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues including resolving various types of duplicate nCino records.
Open, work, and resolve cases with nCino support.
Manage the semi-annual rollout updates to the nCino platform, including testing, defining issues, and communicating with nCino to finalize updates.
Manage the integration process with other enterprise systems or other applications as opportunities arise and testing the integration process within nCino and communicating results.
Assist with testing new workflows.
Assist with identifying, recommending, and implementing industry best practices and solutions as appropriate.
Proactively identify, recommend and/or implement process improvements and departmental efficiencies.
Manage the development of periodic training programs for increased user adoption and user efficiency.
Develop training plans, materials, and documentation for application users, keep materials up- to-date, and coordinate new user and ongoing training sessions for new employees.
Perform basic administration of Purdue Federal's Salesforce.

Required SkillsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
Education and CredentialsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Experience Preferred previous experience or familiarity with commercial lending processes.
Preferred 1-3 years' experience in an enterprise IT role, Salesforce Administrator, or technical related Strong overall technical Moderate to advanced knowledge of workflow applications including com.
Attain relevant certification from Salesforce and nCino as the department's usage and needs evolve.
Proficiency in data manipulation (Excel, Access or other related data manipulation tools).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
