Lafayette, IN Lafayette, IN Full-time Full-time $40,000 - $45,000 a year $40,000 - $45,000 a year 7 days ago 7 days ago 7 days ago Job Overview The individual in the role of the Customer Support / Sales Administrator will provide operational support to our Customer Support and Sales teams including the creation of orders, quotes, and Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
They will also act as a liaison between customers, our Sales team, Production team, and Customer Support team regarding customer orders and their status.
This is a full-time, benefit eligible position with a work schedule of Monday through Friday.

The work must be done in the Lafayette, Indiana office.
Job Responsibilities Make and receive phone calls and emails with customers, Sales, and Support concerning the creation of orders, quotes, and RMAs and their status.
Synthesize guidelines and extrapolate customer information to answer questions for Sales, Customer Support, and Production teams.
Maintain customers' and vendors' purchasing & license agreements.
Manage annual maintenance contracts for all customers.
Help to maintain CRM information.
Help to provide Inter-departmental communication to make sure your teams are all in synch with each other concerning orders, production scheduling, and installation time frames.
Lead discussions with Sales and Production for machine shipments and customer schedules.
Manage occasional special projects such as arranging customer visits.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience with Sales Order Entry Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning software A Helper mentality with organizational and prioritization skills Excellent interpersonal skills - this position has high visibility and is often the focus point between Sales, Production, and Support Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Attention to detail Familiarity with MS Office Suite Comfortable with learning new software systems Ability to balance multiple requests and projects Happy working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial organization.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
