Hiring bonus:
$300 - 30 days, $300 - 90 days, $600 - 180 days The compensation package includes paid vacation, personal and sick days.

Job Functions:
Maintenance Technicians are responsible for assisting with the operation, troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping and repairs on apartment buildings, industrial systems, grounds and maintenance equipment for assigned properties.
We are also looking for technicians that are willing to mentor, coach and training over maintenance staff in the area.
Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include:
plumbing, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, grounds equipment and HVAC.
Acquire bids from outside vendors when necessary for work to be completed.
Clean, lubricate and service a wide variety of pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, electrical, mechanical and hydraulic devices.
Replace and repair building finishes such as ceiling tiles, door hardware, wall paper, and painting of walls, piping, floors and equipment.
Troubleshoot, evaluate and make recommendations to upgrade maintenance operations to make things run more efficiently.
Respond immediately to emergency situations as communicated by the residents or property management staff.
Perform carpentry tasks as necessary.
Perform any snow removal or weather precaution tasks as necessary.
Inspect buildings, grounds and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions.
Perform preventative maintenance as necessary.
Ensure the property is trash-free, mowed, trimmed and well-maintained for all current and prospective residents.
Qualifications 1 year experience in on-site property maintenance Must be willing to obtain an EPA certification within the first 90 days of employment.
Must be able to work Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
Must be able to be on call for maintenance emergencies after hours.
Must have valid driver's license.
