As a Front Desk/Patient Support employee, you will provide support to staff providing comprehensive assessment and quality therapeutic care to patients seeking treatment of substance abuse, dual diagnosis or psychiatric or emotional disorders.

Position Details:
Demonstrate excellent customer service when greeting guests and receiving calls Assist with paperwork related to patient care and admission Take vital statistics and perform safety checks on all patients seeking treatment/admission Perform a wide variety of clerical duties such as typing, filing, copying, message taking Work closely with the Business Development and Intake departments in the patient assessment and admission process.
Following of information through the hospital while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements:
High School diploma, GED or combination of education and relevant work experience Valid Driver's License preferred
Experience:
Previous Clerical and customer service experience preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
